Qualified staff will visit you on a regular basis, depending on your school requirements.

 

There are no real cost savings by having more visits per year from us. The charges are based on per half day required. Visits can be a one off, to resolve a particular problem, to a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly visit. A personal visit can be arranged to discuss in detail your requirements and what you can expect from us prior to entering into a service contract. We will also let you increase or reduce time required without any penalty, providing we have staff to cover any increase.

 

We will always try to be flexible and change visit days where possible should any one off changes be required, (Staff holidays, training etc). As we are a small company, there may be times where we ask you to change days as well, this could happen in the case of one of our other supported schools having an emergency where their systems are down. We would hope that this would be acceptable as it could be you that require us urgently one day!

 

You will always have the same person visit you for the period of the contract, this will assist us to get to know you and your school and therefore supply you with higher quality of service.
